A006 - High End Sipping Whiskey

A007- Cabernet Cask Finished Whiskey
Our lovely, six year old sipping whiskey finished for 4-6 months using the solera method in 228 liter French Oak barrels from Tonnellerie Redmond cooperage.  These barrels previously held award winning reserve cabernet from Fortunati Vineyard in Napa Valley.  Sweet dark fruit notes with a soft, beautifully smooth finish.

100+ year old bootlegging recipe made from a sugar mash steeped with rye grain and aged in used American oak barrels.  Sugar and vanilla notes with an easy, well balanced finish.
