Our lovely, six year old sipping whiskey finished for 4-6 months using the solera method in 228 liter French Oak barrels from Tonnellerie Redmond cooperage. These barrel previously held award winning reserve cabernet from Fortunati Vineyard in Napa Valley. Sweet dark fruit notes with a soft and smooth finish. 80 proof.

At long last, our flagship bourbon has arrived. This unique, four-grain bourbon offers rich flavors of toasted sugar, cherry and dark chocolate. Aged at least four years in new #3 alligator charred oak from the Barrel Mill in Avon, MN and offered as a Bottled-in-Bond Whiskey at 100 proof. Produced from a mash bill of 60% Corn, 15% Wheat, 15% Barley, 10% Rye.

Unique and nuanced whiskey made from a rare and finicky mash bill consisting of 20% Corn, 20% Malted Barley, 20% Wheat, 15% Rye and 5% Oat. Aged at least four years in new #3 alligator charred oak from the Barrel Mill in Avon, MN and offered as a Bottled-in-Bond Whiskey at 100 proof. A wonderfully complex whiskey with notes of candied fruit and honey.

Six year old 99% corn bourbon sources from MGP Ingredients in Lawrenceburg, IN and finished for 6-12 month in Amontillado Sherry barrels sourced from Spain. A wonderful sipping bourbon with a unique, savory sherry finish. Only two barrels being released exclusively at the distillery.

Irish Red American Single Malt Whiskey
Produced from the mash bill of Boulevard Irish Red Ale. Wort sourced from Boulevard Brewing Co in Kansas City, MO and fermented, distilled and barrel-aged at Foundry Distilling Co. A Bottled-in-Bond expression offered at 100 proof and aged at least four years in new #3 alligator charred oak from the Barrel Mill in Avon, MN. Only two barrels being released exclusively at the distillery on the day before St Patrick’s Day.

‌Confluence Blue Corn Bourbon
Our first and only bourbon from the Brewer-Distiller Alliance. Produced from the mash bill of Confluence Blue Corn Lager. Produced from the mash bill of Fade to Black Imperial Stout, a three time Gold Medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival. Wort sourced from Left Hand Brewing in Longmont, CO and fermented, distilled and barrel-aged at Foundry Distilling Co. Notes of licorice, espresso bean, molasses and black cardamom come together in this Bottled-in-Bond expression. Aged at least four years in new #3 alligator charred oak from the Barrel Mill in Avon, MN and offered at 100 proof.

A brandy liquor pot-distilled from fine grape varietals and aged in used charred Blanton’s Bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace distillery. Well-balanced fruit and sweetness in this lovely 90 proof offering. Only four barrels being released exclusively at the distillery.

These barrel previously held award winning reserve chardonnay from Fortunati Vineyard in Napa Valley. Layers of subtle spice and soft oak with a soft and lingering finish. 80 proof.

Our first and only Amber Ale expression from the Brewer-Distiller Alliance. Produced from the mash bill of Sawtooth Amber Ale, a six time Medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival. Wort sourced from Left Hand Brewing in Longmont, CO and fermented, distilled and barrel-aged at Foundry Distilling Co. 2-Row, Crystal, Munich, Wheat and Black Malt come together in this Bottled-in-Bond expression.
